ESI-Player is a free, easy-to-use, light weight visualization tool that supports the visualization of ERF (ESI Result Format) files. It is Cloud-based and forms a part of a smart network of devices running similar applications, such as the desktop browser-based standalone ESI-Player and Visual-Environment to name a few. You can exchange your models across devices, for quick interactive viewing and sharing on the go. Team interaction for decision has never been made so easy.
The versatility of ESI-Player lies in its support of multiple domains such as Crash & Safety, NVH & Dynamics, Welding, Sheet Metal Forming, Composites and Electromagnetics. Fully drawing on the diverse experience and innovative technology of ESI Group, this mobile app brings the physics of various domains to you in a simple, yet powerful way.
ESI-Player works in conjunction with the VDSS Cloud. You will need to create your account with the VDSS Cloud to be able to run this app. The VDSS Cloud account gives you access not only to this mobile app but also to the connected devices and files. Once you sign up, a default storageof 2GB is allocated to each account. ESI demo files representative of various supported domains are provided freely for you to explore.
Features
• You can connect to the VDSS Cloud and download ESI demo files or your own files which you may have uploaded from other devices or to the VDSS Cloud directly.
• Once down-loaded, you can visualize the models, animate them and apply result contours. You can also control the speed of animation.
• You can manipulate views and control display, including the display method of parts. You can switch parts on/off one by one or collectively. You can also locate specific parts.
• A part table also allows you to switch the parts on/off.
• You can cut sections to view the results.
• You can change the window background color.
